School for Startups held an intensive one-day workshop for all the brand managers of each product line.
Using the 10 Questions Methodology and the Socratic approach to facilitate the conversation, School for Startups led a roundtable discussion that resulted in the Brand Managers realising that the opportunity to think differently lay in how they currently chose vendors and incentivised their supply chain.
The on-going analysis and discussion resulted in the Brand Managers changing their criteria for choosing, incenting, and rewarding vendors with non-financial assets that could lead to improved margins. The Managers left the day with a clear action plan and a series of well-formed ideas to test against their supply chain.
